Cleveland Arms

This is an image from a postcard of the side of the Cleveland Arms showing the range of building that once stood where the carpark now is. To the right is the Alms Houses. A copy I have is postally dated 1964.

This was taken, I believe in the 1960s as a promotional picture. To the right of the main building was a garage and petrol forecourt. The door to the left of the main building led to a hatch where you could obtain off licence goods.
Taken in April 2007, the internal of the building has under gone several changes in the intervening time. The garage and forecourt are long gone, the extension on the right was added a number of years ago as a dining room.
